First, please visit smile.amazon.com If you haven't had an Amazon account, you need to create your account.
Then please choose your charity. Your supporting organization can be changed anytime and many times. We'd very much appreciate if you could select one of our Jodo Shu temples as your favorite charity. All the 501(c)(3) organizations should be listed. Please use "Search."
That's it!!! Then you can start shopping at AmazonSmile. Most items are eligible for AmazonSmile donation! You don't need to pay extra cost to make donation. By shopping at AmazonSmile after selecting your Charity, Amazon will donate 0.5% of your eligible purchases.
Once again, all you need to do is to
1) have an Amazon Account,
2) visit smile.amazon.com,
3) select your charity as Jodo Mission or your favorite 501(c)(3) organization,
4) shop!!! (eligible items)
